What Can I Expect During My Visit To the Library? 

• In accordance with CDC guidance and the Illinois Mask Mandate, masks are mandatory for both staff and patrons (over the age of 2), regardless of vaccination status.  Both nose and mouth must be covered.  Anyone unable to mask may request items for curbside pickup.  Please call the library for assistance:  815-645-8611.

• Please sanitize your hands before touching library materials and/or using computers.

• If you have materials to return, please continue to use our outdoor book drop.  

• Walk-in computer use now available.  Please stop at the circulation desk for assistance.

• Study tables and other work areas are now open.  

• No food or drink inside the library.

• No fines will accrue while items are in quarantine.  However, overdue fines will resume on items that were overdue before they were put into quarantine.
