whole family, starting at 7:00 PM.
The Incredible Circus Boy

From Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus, Bobby Hunt, A.K.A. “Circus Boy” has opened for Weird Al Yankovic, Jackie Mason, The Beach Boys, and Billy Ray Cyrus, to name a few. His tour makes a stop in the Valley to help us kick-off summer reading, and entertain us with his one-man circus show featuring juggling, comedy and the world’s smallest bike! Bring a lawn chair or blanket if the weather's nice. Otherwise, we'll move the show indoors. Come rain, or shine.
Balloon Art Workshop with Holly Nagel

Have you ever wanted to make balloon animals just like a clown, but
didn’t know where to start? Then, Step Right Up...and join us for this
hands-on workshop with balloon expert, Holly Nagel! Kids will learn all
the circus secrets with basic twisting techniques, and hand craft their own balloon creations! Ages 7-12. Space is limited; call early to register.
SUMMER READING CHALLENGE (All Ages)
Memorial Day-July 19th
Kids (Ages 2-10) can complete a reading picture (5 books), & win a prize each week! Tweens, Teens and Adults (Ages 11+) can complete a review form for each book they complete, for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Drawings are held weekly!

Develop your child’s reading skills, coordination and social skills with thematically related stories, songs, interactive play and crafts.
YOUNG CRITICS BOOK CLUB (Ages 7-10)
3rd Tuesday/Month @ 6 PM
Read a featured book, then join fellow young critics to discuss and rate the book, and do an activity that goes along with the story. Books are available at the circulation desk for checkout. *Registration required.
