A StoryWalk is an interactive program designed to promote literacy, outdoor activity, and family time. It involves displaying pages of a children’s book in the windows and/or properties of participating businesses, creating a walkable path that leads readers from one location to the next. Each page is numbered and includes an arrow pointing participants in the right direction.
