  • Mobile Holds Pick-Up, Library Card Renewal, Email Printing, Scanning, Faxing & References Services available by email & telephone:

Tuesday, September 5:

  •  Library re-opens to the public!

The Project

We're getting a facelift and we couldn't be more excited! 

 

July 20-July 30, the library will be CLOSED FOR BROWSING to begin a short-term project that includes:

  • New Paint

  • New Carpeting

  • Refaced Service Desk

  • Reupholstery

  • Drinking Fountain

​

Renovation will continue through the first 1-2 weeks of August, with limited library services offered, TBA.  Please stay tuned to our library Facebook & Instagram for the most up-to-date information.

Library programming will continue, as scheduled - with some changes to location, TBA.  Program participants will be notified directly of any changes to program meeting locations.

Julia Hull District Library, Ogle County, 100 Library Lane, Stillman Valley, Illinois 61084.

 

The Julia Hull District Library, Stillman Valley, Ogle County, Illinois, will receive bids for the procurement of Bid Package A – Finishes replacement including painting, flooring replacement and millwork including miscellaneous electrical and plumbing. Bid Package B: reupholstery of existing seating. Bid documents will be available at www.dgdplanroom.com, click on public projects, locate specific project, on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am on May 30, 2023 at the project site. Bids will be due on or before 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, and should be mailed to Attention: Joanna Kluever, Library Director, Julia Hull District Library, 100 Library Lane, Stillman Valley, IL 61084.  If delivering in person on bid date, it should be delivered prior to bid due time at the Library.
