A TISKET, A TASKET

Pick up your basket raffle tickets to help support Friends of the Library. This year's basket themes are "Child," "Autumn," "Christmas" and our new "Snuggle" basket, which includes a handmade Afghan. Tickets cost $1.00 individually, or $5.00 for six, the proceeds of which will be used to help purchase new award books for young readers.

Drawing for the baskets will be held at the end of the day, Sunday, September 26. Attendance at the drawing is not required to win.

FALL BOOK SALE

Schedule our book sale as one of your must-do Fall Festival activities this year! The sale runs from Thursday, September 23 through Saturday, September 25. Books and movies for all ages and interests are available. Funds from this year's sale will be used to purchase new shelving for our growing collection of books!

Donations for this year's sale may be made to the library by Saturday, September 18. The library accepts clean, quality books, audio books and DVDs. No magazines, encyclopedias, textbooks or bound Reader's Digest, please.
