CAKE DECORATING 101

Learn the art of cake decorating in this special two part workshop, Tuesday, July 21 and Thursday, July 23. Veteran baker and cake decorator, Vera Armour, will instruct in simple, easy steps the how-twos of cake decorating, including what type of frosting to use, which tips to choose to create various decorations, how to utilize a frosting bag and more. All class activities will be hands-on. For class requirements, including what tools to bring, pick up a flier at the Circulation Desk. Ages 18+. Registration required.
